Re-Gain Health & Balance offers a welcoming space created specifically to help you relax and more fully access your body’s natural healing response. See your body's improvements with a before and after Orthopedic Evaluation. We will email you a copy of session notes. We offer a supportive and safe environment and offer you post session support to answer questions that may arise after you leave.
Zoom/Tele Sessions 
The next best thing to in clinic is our Zoom or Live Phone sessions but without travel. You’ll be coached through the balancing techniques if needed. This can be an incredibly relaxing way to experience a session from the comfort of your own home! You’ll receive notes of what was addressed in the session. ​
MP3 Audio Sessions 
​MP3 sessions happen without you needing to be present. You may go about your day as usual or choose to be resting. Once the session is complete, you’ll receive an audio recording of the session to listen to at your convenience.These sessions filter out all the pauses and give you more free time and are the ultimate convenience if you have less time for sessions. For children and animals this is the ideal way to receive sessions as it eliminates the nervousness of being in a new environment.
