Through my own illness decades ago I discovered the Body's incredible ability to overcome health challenges.
Today I use what I have learned along the way to help others reclaim their health and wellbeing.
It's my pleasure to work with my clients to provide lasting, harm free solutions when they have tried everything with little to no success.

What do I love to do other than helping people feel better?
I enjoy spending time with my Husband, our 3 Children and grand babies. I am a dog lover and an early riser. I enjoy music, movies, traveling, spending time with a good book, I adore alfresco dining during beautiful weather and the ocean gives me a feeling that I simply cannot describe.
I am a life long student always eager to learn new ways to further benefit my clients. I am an avid HGTV addict, own a hot pink tool belt (which my husband bought for me) and enjoy doing home improvement projects and my husband and I have done our fair share of bringing old houses back to life.
Thanks for getting to know a little about me, I can't wait to hear from you!
At the age of 30 I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I stood at a cross roads of traditional medicine versus a natural approach to my health. My RA was progressing quickly and taking over my life. I was prescribed medication after medication and told the prescribed medications could cause vision loss. This was the last resort to halt further damage before it was too late.
I remember looking down at that prescription after coming home thinking....this isn't the right thing to do. My thoughts...wasn't a poor immune system the reason I was ill in the first place? Won't suppressing my immune system contradict with what really needs to happen?...which is to strengthen it. What else will I get sick with if I suppress it?
Determined that if I was once healthy, surely I could return to a healthy state again.
I took a drastic change in responsibility for my own health. I decided to hold off on prescriptions and try for a natural approach before I became dependent on being pain free with pharmaceuticals. I hunted for the right practitioners and the right doctors who would really help. I got educated in what I was doing wrong (I was living off caffeine), changed my lifestyle, rested much, much more and ate a much cleaner diet. I found a Dr to treat my Reverse T3 issue and discovered CMO™ to treat my RA. I was really nervous about the CMO and prayed it wouldn't be an expensive scam. With my husbands encouragement that the cost might very well be worth the purchase I crossed my fingers and pulled out my credit card. After all what did I have to lose? A lifetime of co-pays and disease versus the cost of a couple of bottles of CMO™.
At that point in my life I had much to look forward to...my wedding day was just a few months away but my fingers were crooked and they were so swollen my wedding ring could only fit on my pinky. Taking CMO™ gave me back my life. Month after month I continued to improved. By my wedding day, my fingers were straight and the inflammation was reduced enough that I could squeeze my wedding ring on the correct finger! My case was stubborn so I needed five bottles to reach an 80% level of improvement in my RA symptoms. It was so exciting to hear my rheumatologist (7 months after my diagnosis) tell me that he no longer saw a need for a follow up visit with him!
Fast forward...I am RA free still and fulfilling my destiny to help others.
